Overview: This webinar covers billing and documentation best practices and common errors for post-acute care providers—including skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, and hospices—along with legal risks stemming from poor documentation and billing, such as audits and overpayments, survey issues, government investigations, and medical malpractice cases. Speakers also discuss strategies for prevention and risk mitigation.
