Overview: Health care organizations face constant financial pressures from rising costs, stagnant reimbursement, and a host of other factors. This webinar helps practitioners identify signs of financial distress and develop a toolkit for responding to such circumstances. The speakers address both health care and non-health care specific issues that arise when advising a health care client through a period of financial distress.
