Salute to Service: What Health Care Employers Need to Know About USERRA and SCRA

Overview: This pre-Veterans Day webinar offers practical guidance for health care stakeholders on two critical laws affecting reservists and guardsmen called to active duty: the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) and the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA). Health systems, hospitals, and other health care employers with military personnel on staff will gain actionable takeaways for staying compliant and supporting service members through activation and reemployment.

- Be able to advise leadership and stakeholders on how to resolve disputes before litigation is filed
