Overview: New proposals for remote patient monitoring in the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ (CMS) draft Calendar Year 2027 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule are poised to deeply impact the future of remote physiologic monitoring (RPM) and remote therapeutic monitoring (RTM) services that have grown to support countless patients across the country over the last eight years. CMS’ proposals raise urgent questions about staffing, compliance, coding, and reimbursement for every provider, digital health company, and vendor in the remote-care space.

This webinar examines Medicare remote monitoring compliance today, what's potentially changing, and where new legal and compliance risks lie.

  • Receive a practical map of the compliance risks and open legal questions—especially around the direct-employee/outsourcing prohibition.
