Overview: This webinar Q&A with an in-house attorney (and additional perspective from outside counsel) provides participants with a framework to understand the ways in which federal law applies to employment within the health care sector and what health care employers can and should do to mitigate risk. The focus will be on real examples that match the US EEOC's current priorities and strategies for maintaining a positive and productive workforce.
