Overview: This webinar covers the sweeping changes to the Medicare cost report for hospitals that were implemented in Transmittal 18. This includes the changes to the instructions for reporting uncompensated care on Worksheet S-10, various changes to graduate medical education (GME) including the new formula for calculating direct GME payments on Worksheet E-4, and new instructions for Solid Organs (Worksheet D-4) and for reporting the costs of Allogenic Bone Marrow transplants (Worksheet D-6).
